Our Approach - Meet & Greet

We like to arrange a free meeting with new customers and their dogs in their own home as that is where you are both more comfortable and relaxed. This way we can establish a quicker bond and keep your dog safe and happy in a different environment.

We will discuss your needs and find out about your dog's character, habits, likes/dislikes, and specific requirements (e.g. whether your dog requires solo walks or would be happy to walk in a group with other dogs). Once you have decided we are a suitable walker for your dog, we will then complete a quick Pet Information Sheet about your dog, a Veterinary Release Form in case your dog needs to see a vet while in our care, and a basic Dog Walking Contract. These documents are important and are usually quickly dealt with, and provides you with complete peace of mind that your dog is in safe hands when they are with us.
